We’ll transfer your website(s) to our top–tier cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that switching web hosting providers can result in lost info and unwanted network downtime. That’s why we’ll perform all that for you at no cost!We have highly skilled administrators whose sole task is to ensure that your web site works exactly as it did on your previous hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–built sites, as well as sites that are based on popular web applications like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we cannot give you a precise ETA, because there are plenty of factors, among them the physical size of the files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will give our best to transfer your site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (if the content is not large).

A: We will need the login information for your current hosting provider’s Control Panel and the website’s name (domain name).

A: Nah. Your site will continue to be reachable online during the migration. As soon as everything is done on our end, we’ll notify you so that you can examine it and check for any problems. If everything is okay, all you will need to do is modify your domain name’s DNS resource records.

A: While we move your content, your hosting provider will not be aware of the transfer at all. We will never touch base with them in any way.

A: Yup. We support all conventional Linux–powered hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–based web hosting platforms, because we don’t offer Windows hosting solutions ourselves.Additionally, we don’t support proprietary website creation and management tools such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
